Why Ghana

A natural starting point

Ghana has a long and distinguished history in gold, a diverse sector that spans large-scale and small-scale operations, and established public institutions responsible for minerals governance. These qualities make it an appropriate place to begin a careful, learning-oriented approach.

Our intent is to listen first: to understand the needs of producers, traders, institutions and communities before proposing solutions, and to ensure any technology we offer fits within Ghana’s legal and regulatory context.
